Yugioh

I was wondering what the best Yugioh game is for the gameboy. And is there one with every single card in it, even the brand new ones that just came out.

The one im playing, Yu-Gi-Oh! 7 Trials to Glory: World Championship Tournament 2005, is missing alot of good cards.

Awseome!

It all depends on your perspective as to which Yu-Gi-Oh game is better. If you can expand the GBA to include DS, then I can say I liked Nightmare Troubadour. Other than that, I liked the prior GBA title. Can't remember the exact name, but the one before 7 Trials. It allowed you to enter passcodes for the cards. As for a game with up-to-date cards (including ones that just came out,) you're out of luck. Nightmare Troubadour has the best card base (so far anyways.) They aren't going to code in cards that haven't been released and in order to get a game with a card pool of just recently released cards, that's what you'd have to do. Sorry.

OK I guess. They will probably update with a game with every card along with good graphics, story, and playability. Some day but this game will have to do.

Thanks

Yeah. The best chance we would have to get an up-to-date card pool game would probably be Yu-Gi-Oh online for the PC. I haven't done a lot with it, so can't answer a lot, but since it's online, you would think they could update the card pool anytime and you could download the updates. I would guess they would charge you for the downloaded cards somehow though.

It's an official online pc game from Konami. They gave us a "taste" of it through Shonen Jump. It's a pay service game though. Not sure how much it is. It's basically like the Power of Chaos games though. Except that you can get exclusive online cards by battling other online players. BEUD was a prize given away awhile ago. Still, they are only virtual cards though. So you won't have them available anywhere else except online.

Yeah. I just brought it up cause you can get newer cards that way. Whether they will do that or not, I can't say. I didn't want to pay a monthly fee either. That's why I got Nightmare Troubadour.) I've got most of the GBA titles too, but Nightmare Troubadour has a really classic feel to it. Almost like really playing the game. It has the least glitches of most of the GBA games, plays almost to the official TCG rules, & has access to a good number of cards. But, you gotta have a Nintendo DS to play it (or an emulator I suppose.) Anyways, they have some off TCG rule games. Reshef of Destruction was kinda cool. It has a lot of newer cards too, but you don't play like the real TCG. It has a completely different ruleset for it. Like if you have a Water Monster and it fights a Fire Monster, it automatically beats it. Doesn't matter how strong the attack or defence. That's why I was saying what kinda games you prefer. My friend prefers that type of game over 7 Trials and Troubadour.

Duel Acadamy looks pretty good and comes with a new elemental hero. I'll probably get Troubadour first though.

Whats this duel acadamy game your talkng about.

I found a program and downloaded it called YVD (Yugioh Virtual Duel) that is almost like netbattle except its more complicating to duel others online. its more like a program instead of a game so you have to manuely subtract lifepoints, place the correct tokens, and destroy the right monster (I think).
I havnt messed with it to much except I built a few decks then tried to figure out how to duel.

If somebody knows about this, please help me duel others.

Melvin i have yvd and its the best way and easiest(sp?) way to duel online.Everyone uses it and its extremely(sp?) simple.

It's called Yu-Gi-Oh GX: Duel Academy. It's in stores. You get 3 awesome cards. The game is about you going to duel academy and being a student. There are exams you really have to take.

Yeah. I'm waiting for Yu-Gi-Oh Battle for the PSP to come out. That looks pretty cool. The Yu-Gi-Oh Ultimate 2006 looks pretty cool too though. ;o) They are finally putting more cards in the games.

Full Metal Alchemist

No idea what I feel
Yu-Gi-Oh! games are alright but sometimes can get boring after a while. My favourite game that was released is Duelists Of The Roses (PS2) or Falsebound Kingdom (NGC) as they are very good. Championship 2005 was alright too, plus I got Silent Swordsman LV7 (card) from buying this. I never knew that there were plans for a PSP game, with the PSP's graphics the game will look ace.

It's mainly just in the planning stage. I haven't seen a finalized version, nor has a specific release date been given out yet either. It'd be cool to see what they are gonna do with it though. I mean, I liked Nightmare Troubadour and the PSP has a little bit better resources than the DS. Not trying to make this a DS -vs- PSP topic at all. Just trying to say that they could really do something with the PSP version. I'd definitely buy it if it came out though.)

Super Aipom

Aipom is on TV now!?
Yugioh Ultimate Masters World Championship Tournament 2006 is out now. It has more cards than YVD and has almost all the cards. It goes up to SOI and has most of the JAP promo cards like Victory Dragon. You can seriously create your real life deck in it.

Yugioh Ultimate Masters World Championship Tournament 2006 is also the official tournament video game. So, if you plan on being King of Games (in the video game selection,) that's definitely the game to get. But, more news has come up for Yugioh for the PSP. The latest Shonen Jump states that it should be out in the fall. They had some pics of the game. Looks to be pretty cool. Not a lot of news at this time though. From the pics, it does appear to show the monsters fighting. Could be very interesting . . . . . .
