Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Quiet Nature (+Sp. Atk, -Spd)
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 52 Atk / 176 Sp. Atk / 28 Spd
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam

Starts the Sandstorm. If I ran the CB/DD sets, they'd clash with the main focus of the team, and we wouldn't want that, would we?

464-m.png

Rhyperior @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -Sp. Atk)
Trait: Solid Rock
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Sp. Def / 252 Spd
- Rock Polish
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Megahorn

The aforementioned main focus of the team. Yes, I know he's out-classed by an awful lot of Pokemon, but he has to be useful somewhere, right?

145.png

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spd
- Roost
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Heat Wave

Can take some hits, and picks off Celebi, Dragonite and Salamence who - regardless of Rock Polish and Megahorn - might prove a problem.

134-m.png

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 124 HP / 252 Def / 132 Sp. Def
- Wish
- Surf
- Toxic
- Hidden Power [Electric]

WishPasser. Also useful for stalling people out with Toxic, although I might switch to HP Electric if Gyarados proves a problem.

485-m.png

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Naive Nature (+Spd, -Sp. Def)
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spd
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Explosion

Nothing to see here, folks. Keep moving.

212-m.png

Scizor @ Life Orb
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp. Atk)
Trait: Technician
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 226 Spd
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Brick Break
- X-Scissor

Kills the "glass cannons". Can also function as the main sweeper if Rhyperior goes down.

Let's see what needs working on, eh?

Call me…… Ilforte~!!
Vaporeon used Ice Beam!
But there was no Chomp to OHKO!

So yah, the 65SAtk EV's aren't need as Chomp no longer lives in OU:

124 HP/ 252 Def/ 132 S.Def

Much better 8D

TTar might prove to be a problem, how well does Scizor/Boah handle him?
Change the spread of Heatran to:

16 Hp / 252 SAtk / 242 Spd Modest

Let's it outspeed Dugtrio, not a huge difference it just kinda wasting EV's with max *is nitpicky*

Can't see any real glaring weaknesses, seems nice ^_^

It outspeeds Shaymin-S, which is the main point of the EVs, so it already outspeeds Dugtrio.

However, I will change Vaporeon's EVs.

Oppoent switched in to Dragonite/Salamence. Vaporeon used ice beam! Oh wait, now it doesn't even know ice beam! Choice band Scizor is so much more better then Swords dance scizor. While you set up swords dance, they switch to a counter and OHKO before you get a chance to attack. Super Power > Brick Break and Pursuit over Swords Dance.

boah doesnt work. ive tried it.

could just use dd and replace scizor with something else. imo scizor is overrated, it's never really done much to me without getting a crit or two.

GarchompHata

I feel sick...
What is the theme? I agree with Xgina, CBzor > SDzor, although I use X-Scissor over Pursuit. The only reason I do that is because my Tran counter doesn't like damage when it switches in. Pursuit for you, as Vappy takes Heatran's attacks easily and Wishes off damage.

You better hope Gyara carries Ice Fang, not Stone Edge so Zapdos can beat it.

For Vappy, Ice Beam or not is a toss-up. On one hand Salamence is extremely popular. On the other, no one will switch in Sala on Vappy, because most of them carry Ice Beam.

Overall a good team. Hope I helped!

I would personally use naive to outspeed a lot more without fail.
If this is for Shoddy, change Heatran to Naive, to out speed Skymin & Co.
Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Naive Nature (+Spd, -Sp. Def)
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Spd
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Explosion

Secondly, I'm not even using Ice Beam on Vaporeon. However, I will switch Protect with HP Electric, so I can counter Gyarados better.

On the topic of Scizor, I'll probably switch to the CB version, or replace him with something completely different.

As for Tyranitar, I might end up going with the Anti-Lead set.

name: Lead Tar
move 1: Taunt / Substitute
move 2: Counter / Thunder
move 3: Fire Punch
move 4: Crunch
item: Lum Berry
nature: Sassy / Careful
evs: 252 HP / 36 Atk / 38 Def / 184 SpDef
ivs: 3 Spe

Thoughts?

Overall a pretty good SS team.

I would recommend using a Choice Band T-Tar to lead, with this moveset

-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake
-Ice Punch

I personally use this and every match he get's at least one kill. Also, CB Scizor is really overrated, he'll be switching in a lot and if you're opponent predicts this with a fire move, byebye Scizor.

His current moveset is also the one I use, and it works wonders.

EDIT: I just read the OP about T-Tar. My bad, but I'd still recommend it
