I can get you a Jolly Gible w/ Iron Head and Outrage in a beast ball? Or Modest Staryu in a dive Ball. Both with 5IVs

@UltraNick: Modest Staryu in a Dive Ball sounds interesting. About Munchlax though, since I'll have to make Snorlax hold the Full Incense, the nature will be determined random.

Either I can give you a random nature, or a specific one (such as Adamant) but with only 3IV's.

Rotom Catch is actually pretty good it turns out.
Well if you'd prefer Level Larvesta, I can try again... I'd prefer not to though, 1% encounter is too low for my patience.
