Well as the title suggests, that is a mew. To be percise, Axel. My mew. I designed him up for an RP, and I'm using him in a story too. Isn't he cute

Yes, his name stems from Axel in KH. And the reason he has red also. Originally he was only going to be all black XD

Cute idea, I like how the tail tip is red... your lines are sorta sketchy (I'm guessing you used a mouse, does hell on line quality and porportion)... The shading seems like it could be more complete, but is on the right track...

Sad to say, but it looks nothing related to that of a Mew/Myuu.

well first off, you try drawing with a mouse. It ain't the easiest thing there is. And secondly, everyone is entitled to how they view pokemon. And this is how I view Axel. As I said I designed him, so he's not going to look like the basic white-ish pink Mew.

and if you want to see an exact copy of Mew, go look at Gravy's Mew. Dead on drawing there. A good dead on drawing.

I'm scared.... that looks nothing like Mew, it looks like a weird, skinny alien with big eyes (and no pupils, Mew has pupils).

OK, fine, to you he is a 'scary' skinny red and black pupiless alien. anything else to comment on? >.> because I'm sorry how I drew Axel doesn't fit into your view of Mew evidently. Do you know how hard it is to draw pupils? >.> and I tried, and it kept messing up the eyes, making him look bug eyed. so I decided to just fill it all in with blue. And several other pkmn evidently are pupiless and no one complains so... what's wrong with a Mew with all blue eyes. As I said, Axel is not the standard Mew.

It doesn't look like a Mew. I know that's already been said, but it doesn't. ^^;; The ears are bigger, the head is a different shape, the tail should be thinner, and it shouldn't really have a nose or mouth. It's okay to change some things, but it should still look like a Mew.
The lineart and colouring is also messy. Since you're using a mouse, you could try using the bezier tool, it makes smoother curved lines. And you could use a larger brush size for colouring. Or use solids instead of watercolour since you're using solid lineart.
Cute picture though, I like the design you used, and the colours. =]
I use a mouse too, so I know it's hard to get used to. ^^
