No because Kakana only has 1 ability as far as I'm aware so there's no way to know if it will evolve into a HA Beedrill. Correct me if I'm wrong.

@Lord Fighting: It's not too hard to work around that, actually. I've done the same thing with other Pokemon. I just catch one, save the game in the safari, evolve it quickly to see what ability it has, then reset. If it's the correct ability, I keep the Pokemon. If it isn't, I just catch another one until I get the right one. ^^ It's particularly easy with something like Kakuna, since they evolve really quickly.

Earth power Deino? Only available through 5th Gen MT so it's quite rare. Are we still doing the Weedle for Throh? I also have HA Kirlia now if you need it.

@Khinhazzard: I'm sorry, I do not currently have an Excadrill safari, so I will be unable to get a Premier Ball Mold Breaker Drilbur. However, I do currently have a HA Drilbur that I can breed to get more HAs. Would a Mold Breaker Drilbur in a Pokeball be acceptable?

I don't particularly need HA Kirlia any more, but I am quite interested in the Deino. What's its gender and what Pokeball is it in?

It's in a normal pokeball and I can probably breed for any nature you want.
