    Help identifying an old merch item?

    I got this item a few years ago at a local convention, and it was the only Pokemon gashapon among other unrelated ones. I did some research into it, but couldn't find any info on it. The only bit I managed to find is that it might be produced before the year 2000, as that is when Tomy changed...
