jolteon is the starter when i use it i also have a few shell bells and these evs were easier than complicated spreads

and trickzam>encorezam

Nah, Encorezam > Trickzam.

Encorezam forces switches, which allows free Calm Minds for Alakazam. With its low survivability, Alakazam needs all the survivability it can get. Plus, forcing out something like a Snorlax or Suicune is incredibly hot.
You wouldn't want to Trick a CB onto a Metagross, would you? ; (

Anyway, if this is purely for in-game and not against friends, the spreads are fine, but you'd be much better off placing EVs in other places if you're going against friends. It isn't complicated once you get the hang of it, I never spend more than a minute on my spreads (I think it shows).
