Aww, he's so cute! The shading and coloring are really good.

However, he's kind of skinny for an Amphy, and the lines are a tad shaky.

You know, I've always loved your art. Whatever you draw comes out adorable, including this Ampharos. I wanna go up to it and give it a big hug.

The only thing that I can say needs improvement are the lines, although to tell you the truth, they really aren't that bad. It's not a flaw that stands out so it wasn't noticeable to me until others pointed it out.

I use a tablet XD
But I did the colouring before the outline () and I did the outline very slow and carefully so the outline became really shaky. I suck with the mouse.

Well what I usually do with tablet outlines is use smaller strokes, then I use the eraser to make them all one line. It ensures that if you mess up on one little section, you can easily go back and fix it before you make the next stroke. Did that make sense? XDD

It looks great. I love the coloring and shading, especially; you pulled that off very nicely. The only problem is that the lines are too shaky, but it's nothing too serious. I also think it could use a background or something, but you can ignore me on this if you want. XP You did quite well on it.
