I got one of those tiny laptops for Christmas, netbooks, I believe they're called? Well, it won't let me change the background picture. I was wondering how I could fix this. Thanks in advance!

From my understanding, many of them are preloaded with Windows 7 Starter, so you'll have to upgrade that to any of the other versions. You can get the upgrades at your local store for about $75, if I'm not mistaken.

^ This. Or just use Google Images to find the pictures and save them to your computer instead of paying for the upgrade to standard windows 7.
