Uhhhhhh I like pies?
Well I need a free program I can use to make banners I've tried gimp and it doesn't seem to work does any one know any?

The Gimp is perfectly fine.

I use it for all of my sigs and people seem to think that they're quite good. Maybe you should try the Gimp again, non?

I don't know whats wrong I installed it and everything but it just won't open.

Gone...
You probably didn't install the GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment (which you need to run it). The GIMP is perfect for just about everything.

If all else fails try reinstalling it again at or your firewall may be blocking it.

Don't even try putting the individual files together unless you know how to and have the time.
