Well, a lot of parts, especially on the first, are mirror-flipped. If you have to flip and paste them, at least re-shade them so it's harder to tell. Thye should also be re-outlined since the official sprites have choppy outlines. Still, you're on your way to becoming a great spriter. You just need to fine-tune them.

I like Solrock's baby stage. And Treeon is average, because somethin's missin.

Treeon does have a few mirror flipped things, like Scyther's wings, etc. Everything about looks fine how I see it.
Solrock's baby is real cute. And evil looking. Nothing bad as far as I can see.
