Sorry if this has been asked before, but when you encounter the Cipher people with the legendary beasts, (Ein, Venus, and Dakim), in Realgam Tower, let's say you catch one, use a time flute, and it's nature turns out to be useless. My question is, if you reset and repeat the process, are the natures changed or are you stuck with a crap one? If you are, does anyone know an efficient way to get a good Suicune or Raikou? Thanks.

No, they aren't reset, you'll just have to catch it over again. Sorry.

Their natures are set the first time you encounter them. So that would mean Eneti's is set when you fight it on Mt. Battle, Suicune's in the under, and Raikou's is set in the lab. So if you want a specific nature, save before you fight the admins the first time, catch the shadow and find out its nature, and if it's crap, reset and catch them again and check. And since the natures are random, it could take forever, but you should get one with the right nature eventually.
