Comic Help!

Since this is a Help Fourm I'm not breaking the rules.

I need help making an overworld sprite comic. I have the backgrounds and overworld sprites I need, but I'm having trouble making the panels and stuff.

Damn. How many hours did it take for me to find this simple help topic in the Fan-Comics forum? I'm lying of course, I found it in the stickies there as soon as I opened the forum page.

sorry...but I'm not sure if you do have an Art Help forum, so I posted it! Maybe you should show people were it is and that's all I'm saying.
