Computer Error

The last few months, each time I place a installation CD disk in my computer, and I try to use it in order to install something I get:

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SOMESORTOFFILEDEPENDINGONTHEDIC.NT.The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications.Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

On the bottom are 2 options. Close and Ignore, but no matter what I click the window closes and nothing else happens.

Any help would be appreciated.

You know, it would help more if you actually posted what the file is that the error is coming from instead of SOMESORTOFFILEDEPENDINGONTHEDI C.NT.
