Well a pokemon with Flame body halves the egg steps needed to hatch an egg right. well if i have two flame bodys will it be halved again?

No. And it doesn`t get halved, it takes away 1/3 of the steps, not 1/2. Use you mach bike to ride from Mauville to Verdanturf. There is a road were you can ride for a long time without bumping into something else.

Also, Flame Body only has that effect in Emerald, not in Ru/Sa.
