Whenever I try connecting to wi-fi, it always says 'you were disconnected from Nintendo wi-fi, error code 61020'. This has been happening since Christmas. BTW, I'm using a wireless router.
Enter it in www.nintendowifi.com, there's a small box to the right where you can enter it and it'll say what the matter is. First, click Tech Support, then Connection Support.
I've already tried that and it says "A communication error occured during connection to the servers. Please try again later. If the error continues to occur, please go to our general troubleshooting information by clicking here." It doesn't really help that much since I keep trying but it still doesn't work. The troubleshooting doesn't help much neither... It talks about error codes 50000-59999 and 80000-89999.
I'm pretty sure it's compatible (it's compatible w/ 802.11b and 802.11g). My dad bought it from CompUSA. NWC troubleshooting says something about a firewall possibly blocking me from getting to NWC. So I should check that out...
