I guess it counters gligar. Toxic helps with that as well as bulky waters making this an end-game sweep when things are weakened and poisoned. Does it need more defense?

Defensive omastar and spikes really help. I might go rest to keep this alive longer. Once again, does it need more defense?

I guess toxic is more useful nowadays. Protect since I want my hypno in tip-top shape and helps scout opponent's moves.

Using this for fighters, pinsir, etc. Counter seems like something to cool to use.
Replacements may have to be in order and help on the ev spreads.
