feebas question

i have a question about catching feebas:
if you have the spot to catch feebas dous you have him:
1: in one time on the spot(that he always is on the spot)
2r have you to fish more times on the spot to get him
(this is not the luck you have question but how to catch him)

But, no, Feebas is not 100% on the squares that s/he appears on. If you use Old Rod, you'll run into Magikarp, Tentacool, and (I've been told) Marills. Use the Super Rod and you'll find Carvannhas (sp). It's one of the things that makes it so bloody hard to catch.
