i was wondering, where the hell is feebas, hes suposelly(cant spell) on route 119
but i cant find him/her, so does any1 hav any tips, how they caught it on emerald, coz i cant find it
plz tell me

If you can't find it, you have to change the trendy phrase in Dewford Town, you should search every tile(spot) in the river something like 5 times, it will take a while but you need to be patient.

He should be, Mild, Modest, Rash or [don't know] if you want to evolve it.

since only 6 tiles in the whole route will have the feebas it will takes quite some time! be patient

I found him here: Fly to the tree village then go west, then follow the road and go south until you find water (don't cross the bridge), surf there to north and go up the waterfall, then surf around that 'peace of water' for a while...

It is the boy near the home that is like a fan club. He says the phrase each time you talk to him, if you can't understand him, go in the house and everyone will say that word. I hope I helped ya.

And once you get one you can always breed to get more, as long as you have something it can breed with if it's female, or a ditto if it's male.

Ditto has no gender, but shuckleman is wrong. I think that this question is answered completely.

Feebas is in 6 of the 400 tiles in route 119. If you battle a trainer or battle wild pokemon, they randomly go to another spot on route 119

Oh and about that thing you said that Ditto can't breed with genderless pokes, you're wrong. Ditto can breed with a Metagross for Beldum eggs, or with Starmie to have Staryu eggs, etc, etc.

Feebas are really hard to find - 6 tiles in all of Route 119! When you do find a Feebas square, catch a lot so you can breed if they aren't good.
