Even though I'm not a true member yet might I ask when this RPG is gonna be created?

After we reach 15 people. I'm only accepting 15, and no LSU's. I had it at 20, but realized that that's a bit much. The title of .Hackers, in which everyone is going to earn, is a bit exclusive. Only 10 people can log in, hence the editted rooster. If we can't reach 15 people, then I'll just start at whatever amount we have.
