A general problem with your team is that your EVs are too simplistic, I can tell you that off the bat.

Kingdra sucks but if you're gonna use it that's how. EVs are a bit of a let down in their simplisity but I suppose they're passable (extra Def doesn't hurt), I'd opt for Leftovers > Petaya and 320 or so HP persoanlly.

Pseudo-Boah isn't all that great IMO, Taunt is still cooler IMO bu it's not like it's bad. EVs are very screwed however. You've prioritised Def > Speed by too much. 200 Speed should be the bare minimum (172 Speed EVs with HP Rock IVs). After that put the rest in one of the Defs.

At it's msot basic, these are the EV's I'd use if I were to use Weezing:
EVs: 196 HP / 62 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
Expandable beyond that could be some prioritisation of Special Def (since it's not uncommon for phsyical sweepers to carry a special attack), some added Attack, a little speed among other things.
As for your team's last two slots. One thing you need is a strong special wall. I'm no familiar with the present NetBattle situation but Regice, Snorlax and Blissey always come out on top of the list of special walls. Combined with Weezing to take Fighting attacks and TTar to take Normal attacks they should work out nicely however TSS (Tar's Sandstorm) hurts Snorlax and Regice by negating their Leftovers so I'd lean in favour of Blissey if I were you. If I were you I'd also ditch Kingdra in favour of a bulky water types (Milotic, Vaporeon, Suicune and Swampert [somewhat] fall into that catagory). As for the 6th, that's all really down to you. So long as you don't end up with too many of one weakness the choice should be fine. Metagross, Zapdos, Celebi and Salamence (repeated DDancers isn't good though) are all perfect staples that can fill nooks and crannies.
