Well after I beat Ranger I went to do Ranger Net, I saw that there was a Wireless symbol near it. So is the game wireless or what? I've been trying to find it out myself, but I don't know how to access the wireless communication.

Yes, cause you transfer the Manaphy Egg to D/P over the Wireless system, and not Wifi.
