should i buy prince of persia 3 or shadow the hedgehog?

That is a pretty difficult question. They are both different types of games. I have not played on either so I can not give you an honest answer. What would you prefer? A 3D platformer sonic type game or a 3D platform adventure type game? I apologise if the genre for PoP3 is wrong, i have never played on the game.

Shadow, in my view, is rubbish however PoP3 is brilliant, I just found it a little short. It's very good though.

Well, I've played all three and I can safely say that PoP3 is much more like PoP1 in all the good ways but with all the decent fighting of PoP2. It's about 70% like PoP1 and 30% like PoP2. It's like the perefect PoP game. A little short though. I'd say go for that one.

Prince of Persia 3, no question. Shadow the Hedgehog is a terrible game, that just further tarnishes Sonic's name. The game would maybe have been acceptable as a first generation Dreamcast game. But for todays standards? it's below sub-par. Horrible graphics, atracious level design, awful-generic music, loads of glitches. And that's not even mentioning the fact it's a Sonic game where you use guns and steal cars.

Prince of Persia 3 however is excellent, especially if you've played the previous ones. It is a lot more like the original though, which is a good thing, and the new stealth moves are awesome. I won't spoil anything, but it does end the trilogy, in a very cool way

XD I was going to say that! PoP3 no doubt. Yes, it was short, but very fun to play. Shadow on the other hand was...well...Sega NEEDS to make a good sonic game, lets just put it at that.

Shadow the Hedgehog is ok if you like playing as another Sonic character who can't remember his past. Yes, you use guns - and if you complain about a character having guns, you need help - it's just a GAME...

I thought it was an interesting story.

Shadow the Hegehog seems to be one of those love or hate games. I personally liked it, but I think you should try renting it first, just to see if you like it.

Never played the other one, so I don't have any advice about it.

If you haven't got Prince of Persia: Sands of Time you might want to get that first as it will be much cheaper
