there is no certain place they appear randomly it depends on luck...where ever wild pokemon are found or bought or traded or given to you they have about a 1/8192 chance of being shiny
But there is a game corner trick
You save up 9999 coins and buy as many of the pokemon u want at the game corner(Make sure you save right before you buy all the pokemon)And check in the box if none are shiny soft reset A+B+Select
