I am trying to download flash macromedia player and it shows this:http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y60/j13192/HELP.jpg
It says to click the gold bar on top of the browser I can not locate that please help

You mean the one in IE where it comes down and says "IE has prevented ___ from downloading on your comp....."
It's on the top.
