You can't. Only mods and above can. And don't double-post.

But before you do, make sure you check the Newbie Help Topic and FAQ, and look at the other threads to see if your question has been answered. And, as Chaos Emerald said, don't double post. It's a warnable offence, and perhaps bannable if you do it enough.
