If you're talking about new avatars from the D/P anime, then of course it's not up. Check the announcements on new avatars. If you mean the Sugimori artwork, then it's under "Official Sugimori". Utilise that drop box category in avatars. (y)

Otherwise, it'd be under "Show Avatars", "Show Avatars - Battle Frontier", and "Movie Avatars" for the more recent avatars from the anime.

But if not, again, it's obviously not posted up yet. Just wait and check the announcements, which you should be doing anyway.
