Its almost time
Whenever I try to capture an image from a video file I get

GetCurrentImage failed, hr=8000fff

Please help me, I need this done.

Turn hardware accelaration off and try again, that might be the problem.
Also, how are you capturing it, printscreen or the programs on screengrab device?

I'm using Real Alternative, I go to File and "Save Image" and then I get the error message.

And how do you turn Hardware Acceleration off?
