IP Banning

I have a very irritating visitor to my site, and he keeps writing obscenities about me on my tagboard, but now I've got his IP address, so can anyone tell me how to ban someone from a site using IP addresses?

Yes you can. It's easy. You just need to have your server able to support htaccess and .htaccess extension. You can get more explanation and the exact code from http://www.lissaexplains.com/html6.shtml#ipaddress

Yah, I meant that you can't IP ban someone at BlogSpt (I think)

Also, I don't thing Blogspot supports HTaccess. ;/
