Is there a way to ensure higher IVs is what I need to know.
I've been unlucky with most of my IVs, especially at this point. My Lugia has max HP EVs, but has only 397 HP, I believe this is because of IVs-- it represents my HP IVs as 12 in HP.
I mainly mean if there is any way to ensure higher IVs on pokemon that can't be caught repeatedly or hatched. Such as Uber pokemon and a few others.
EVs are rather simple if you figure a certain number of a certain pokemon to beat. Such as HP EVs Max = 252 EVs = 252 Whismurs, which can be more simpy put, 252 whismurs to max HP.
Any ideas?
