And besides based on what I've heard about Missingno it sounds crappy.

Yeah, you really DO NOT want Mango (MissingNo.) in Ru/Sa/E, because It can REALLY mess up your game, or give you bad eggs, and it only knows tackle, with all stats 0, so it is totally useless in battle. I'd stick with first generation glitches.
