ok,

i was wondering if the rumor is true that you can get a missingno in R/S and if so, how?. also people hae been calling it and easter egg or a bad egg what does this mean?

ok so what i know about Easter eggs is that they are "special things" that are put into something without letting the user know it... but i think you should read this.

And ive heard you get him just by walking around. Its supposed to be even more rare than a Shiny Poké with Pokérus... but who knows?

No, it is not safe. I believe you can only find Missingno under extreme circumstances of hacking. He is, how you say, a punishment for hacking.

I'm not entirely sure, though.

There are two missingnos in R/S the safe and the unsafe!
Safe: Extremely low chance to meet and has high attack and know only tackle!
Unsafe: Only if hacking it corrupts your game!
The safe one look like two blocky question marks and the unsafe look like a pokémon not meet in the pokédex!

Either way, I wouldn't risk capturing them. If you've done alot on your version, and it's like a, let's say, PKMN storage from your other versions, then don't catch it.
