mp4 problem

Can someone please help me. I have these mp4 videos, but when I set them to play it only plays the sound and no picture. I have tried the files on Winamp, RealPlayer and Windows media player and it works on none of them. Can someone tell me what is wrong?

The program in the first link is great for telling you what programs you need to run certain files, just not mp4 files.

As the the one in the secong file...THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH!!!
That one works fine. Does anyone know why it played the sound and not the nideo? And is there any way to rectify it?
