Hey sorry if this was in the wrong place, i wasnt sure where to post it but as the reason i want what i am looking for is because i am playing ruby thats why i decided to post here, anways.. onto the question

Is there any software for the pc that does not require an internet connection that is like a full resource database for the games? Just like the site has about all the tm's, attacks, information on the pokemon, item locations etc all of that kind of information in one program for the pc?

I tried to search but wasnt sure what searching criteria to use so my results didnt show anything along what i was looking for.

Thanks in advance.

If you are running Windows XP with .NET Framework 1.1 or later, you can download MetalKid's Pokemon Program:

http://www.metalkid.org

It is a very thorough collection of Pokemon data, move data, and tools for planning teams and calculating stats, IVs, damage, and even Secret Base avatars. And, it does not need to connect to the internet.

I see you didn't read the topic. The thread starter is asking for an offline resource, not online.
SPP's the best online resource, IMO. Pokemon Element still has pages under construction, whereas Metalkid has a full version out.
