pruning?

I found thisthread while just surfing, and the starter of the thread was pruned. How did this happen? The person posted it just 3 days ago, yet their account was still pruned. Any one have an explanation?

I believe the Admins can manually prune an account if they want to. Maybe the person requested their account to be deleted?

Distortion Era (who was Jay, btw) wasn't pruned, he was banned. It isn't the same thing.

I know that. But every single post he made completely vanished. I was under the assumption that someone deleted his account?

Jay's STILL here? he must have some big grudge against serebii if he's willing to get banned, get an account, get banned, get an account over and over again.

I guess since they can be manually pruned, my question is answered. This can be closed now.
