I know this is a very old question but i still want 2 no. Serebii announced that the dub name for the relicanth episode was called really, really, relicanth and then i watch the episode and it was called the relicanth really can. How come Serebii got the wrong dub name?

it was a mistake,duh. thats an ovious answer,or cuz of somthing else but im sure its not.

There are times where an episode's title is changed over time before it airs.

Example: Hokey Pokémon was the original dub title before changing to Hokey Pokéballs.
