If you have a pikachu, that was once a pichu and you feed it bitter potions and make it faint alot, so it HATES you, will the pikachu de-evolve into pichu again?

NO. Pokemon never devolve. Once it is a pikachu, it will stay a pikachu. you can only evolve it into a Raichu. If you need another Pichu, breed.

Pokemon can't de-evolve. De-evolution is very Digimon-ish.

Your welcome. One more thing (Jackie Chan ish, i know).
Its a suggestion. If you are going to breed for a pichu, do it in emerald with two pikachus. The Pichu will know Volt Tackle. Just a helpful hint.
