I have a question, is there a way to tell when youre pokemon has max evs?

As I understand if you talk to the lady next to the energy guru in Slateport City and she gives your Pokemon an effort ribbon it has maxed out.

Yes, thats right, talk to the lady next to the energy guru with the pokemon you think has max evs in front. If it does, she'll give you a ribbon.
