I heard of that. it's supposed to be 100, but my friend has 100 on his ruby, and nothing happens. It is purely meant to tell you how many weeks you've had your game. The thing about going into space is just a made-up rumor. Oh and I think someone went into the coding of the game and discovered that there is no moon programmed into it; the only way to get Jirachi is from Pokemon Channel and the Colleseum bonus disc, and the only way to get Deoxys is on Birth Island, which you need the aurora ticket to get to.

Nonsense.... it's a joke that some people put online as a cheat to get deoxys.
It 100% does not work no matter what number it is. The only way to get deoxys is on fire red/ leaf green/ emerald and get the ticket from a nintendo event that allows you to goto birth island.
