What Pokemon can you download at Journey Across America?

Uhm, no. You get Celebi, and you don't get Deoxys. Deoxys is at the Space Center.

You don't have to win. You don't even need to battle. All you need to do is go and bring your games.

Not really sure. They didn't say what moves or levels you can get Celebi at........

People have said they have no special moves, but the Pikachu has a Light Ball, come at level 70, and know what moves they'd normally know. Lol, level 70 Bulbasaur.

They are alright. You don't have to do much training to get to lv100.

Yea, the downloaded Pokemon aren't anything special. They have normal movesets and moves (I think the last four they could've learned at their given level), aren't holding anything (bar Pikachu, from what I've heard), have no ribbons or special conditions/abilities/natures/stats, and are all at level seventy.

And if y'all are curious, I can look up Celebi's, Typhlosion's, and Tyranitar's movesets and whatnot, since those were the only three I managed to download. xP
