I saw a commercial on kids wb about pokemon mirage island or something like that can someone tell me what this is about?

Begins off with a rating scene shown as the following

PG. A Pokemon Gotta See
Material is suitable For All Pokemon Fans
Strong Heroes, Action, Adventure, and Some Super Pokemon.
Narrator says "Coming to Kids' WB."
Screen changes showing a computer screen that is displaying several blocks connected by what appears to be white cable. The center block contains the poke-ball logo and is bright red. Red color spreads to all block as screens pulls away showing a big screen monitor with a person wearing a cowboy hat staring at the screen, a male computer simulated voice state " Accessing mirage Pokemon Program."

Screenshot changes showing a man with blue hair and at wire-framed glasses wearing a white lab coat with a yellow turtle-neck sweater and grey pants holding in his outstretched left hand a device showing a 3D holographic projection of a blue cube. Misty and Pro. Oak are watching the holographic projection. Announcer continues saying " A brand new battle system.. Screen changes showing multiple rectangular DNA strands that then turn into double-helix strands that suddenly moving away in a blur. All happening as the announcer continues saying "... with the power to create any breed..." Screen shots flash by showing Entei materialize out an ice bream looking blast with a brick wall background, next scene showing Articuno and Zapadose appearing out a similar like blast with a sky background. Announcer continues "... Will now be used by an evil mind..." Screen displays a person standing up who is wearing a cowboy hat, A silver mask with a red like "M" on the top with the two outer legs streaking by what appears to be horizontal eye slits, middle leg stopping at the place where the bridge of a nose would be. Outer stopping at a parallel to this location. Around neck is a large rectangular broach that connects the shoulders of a tan cloak, underneath lies a green dress-like apparel that has four red buttons going down the chest stopping at the bellybutton, at our right of the buttons lie s a yellow vertical bar that then clashes with a hollow yellow arrow that circumnavigates the persons waist at the outer edge of the arrow the dress fan out. the figure is wearing white gloves that has a red cuff going up a quarter length of his lower arm with yellow border along the outer edge, figure laughs. Announcer continues " Will crate the world's strongest most destructive Pokemon ever..." An arm of what appears to be a Mewtwo is shown with what appears to be head shots of Pokemon, they move to is other showing more Pokemon head shots. They then show Mewtwo's purple eye, they then move out showing him screaming as his body emits a black Aura. They then display this Mewuwo like figure use a quick-attack that is being trailed by a white light as it meets Pikachu who is using the same attack. Pikachu get blown back with bruises on his body as he falls back face-up Ash is shown in the background in a park-like environment with to Ash's right show the tops of Dragonites and Garadoses head. Announcer continues "... witness the birth of this ultimate..." Shot shows the Mewtwo figure using left right along his chest in an arch these attacks: Swift, Hydro Pump, an unknown attack that looks like a white ice-beam, twister, Thunder, Ice Beam, Hyper Beam. Announcer continues "... Pokemon in the all new,..." Shot shows Ash pulling Mew out of a red cylinder field that is coming up out of the ground. Announcer continues ".. One hour tenth..." Shot of Mewtwo figure that is surrounded by a blue perimeter around his body as he strikes a Dragonite in the face by a hook-punch in mid-air Announcer continues as writing on bottom screen read One Hour World Premier. Announcer continues "... Anniversary World Premier..." Head-shot of Ash surprised and mouth open. Announcer continues" ...Movie event..." Shot of masked figure pointing as Mewtwo figure stands next to him eyes closed with a white Aurea surrounding him. next screen shot shows Mewtwo figure in white Aura create and fire a Shadow-Ball Attack." Announcer continues saying "... The Master Mind of Mirage Pokemon..." Screen shows a Purple topped poke-ball travel across a screen with a purple background that has light colored Shadow Ball Attack in the middle. Poke-ball reaches the base of the sphere as the standard type font of the word Pokemon appears at the top of the screen underneath lies the title 'The mastermind of Mirage Pokemon" with purple light streams coming out of the letters and intersecting the purple poke-ball. At far left corner reads" All New Saturday..." In white all caps Then underneath those words reads "April 29" in Yellow all caps. In far bottom corner is the Kids' WB logo. Announcer continues saying "... Saturday Morning April 29 on Kids' WB." Commercial ends. Length time: 30 seconds
