how do u get the ledgendary dogs (ex entei) in emerald

You cant get them in Emerald, only In Firered/Leafgreen after you get the national dex. Which one you get depends on the starter you picked(if you have picked Bulbasaur, Entei will apear if you got the Nationaldex)
