My berries disappeared on ruby. what's wrong?

perhaps your time battery thing messed up. Get any recent game to fix it. It might also be that, if u do not pick berries, they will go away.

How long did you wait before checking on them? Berries will go through two complete growth cycles (maybe three, but I think it's only two) then, if you haven't harvested them, the plants just disappear.

You know, the same thing is happenning on my Emerald. I never planted my rare berries that I got from the Berry Master's wife, and they vanished while in my bag! Anyone have an explanation?

You have either the berry glitch, or youre internal batterie has died, either way this requires a new game pack or a pokemon emerald or FR or LG

Well the berries try to go on but with no water care or being picked up, this is the way they die off.

If the ones in your bag have disapeared, then your game has had contact with a ch**t*ng d*vice or you have a glitch. No, I don't mean the Berry Glitch. I mean a different glitch. If it's the berries that you planted that disapeared, then you might have some sort of Berry Glitch. Hope I helped.
