It`s been a while since ive kept up with the tcg.. about two years, and i
remember before i stopped playing that they had come out with ex pokemon.
i read somewhere that you were only allowed one ex pokemon per deck, and
my friend says your allowed one copie of the ex per deck, can someone
tell me the truth? also im confused on supporter card rulings, are you allowed
to play other trainer cards the turn you play a supporter trainer or is is just
the supporter?

Right. Here we go.

Pokémon-ex
There is no limit to the number of Pokémon-ex you can have in a deck - for example, you can have 4 Wailord, 4 Wailord ex, and so on. They're just counted as normal Pokémon cards, except stronger. You can only have one Pokémon-star in any deck.

Supporter Cards
If a Trainer card has 'Supporter' in the top right, you can only play one of those per turn. You can play as many normal Trainers as you wish, but only one Supporter - and all in the same turn.

If you have any further questions about the game is played, ask them here.
If you have any questions about the TCG in general, ask them here.

Hope that helps. :)
