NO, the only color diffrence (exept for the purple keckleon) is Foretresses shell which is silver instead of purple.

MNU spreads lies
It's a shame that there are no shinies in MD. I would've loved to play as a shiny Charizard (not so enthused about being a shiny Espeon, though). But I guess putting in shinies as well wouldn't just taken up too much space and/or taken too long to program.
