How do I get Fearow on Pokémon Ranger?

I need it because it will be my 209th pokémon and then get to Snorlax and finish the game.

To get Fearow.

1. beat Hayate's(Spenser) highscore at the capture arena challenge.

2. Go to the Plains capture challenge after you beat Hayate's score in the capture arena challenge and it will be somewhere in the plains

I'll give you advice. Try to circle the pokemon more than needed to get extra time. In level 3, try to let more than one pokemon appear and capture them together to get extra points. (Example : let 3 pokemon appear, capture them at the same time to get x3 the points.) Good luck!
