So I beat the elite 4 in Fire Red, and now I am trying to get the National Dex. Well when I went to that one spot where Team Rocket was supposed to move, it shows the Rockets saying that this is a good place to big, help?

All u needa do is capture 60 pokemon and beat the E4, then u can get the National Dex, just go back and talk to Oak. As for team rocket...I dunno...wait for the next poster to answer :]

You have to go to Celion and talk to him then toMt.Ember and where the grunts are standing go there and they will battle 1 after the other then you have to go in and find the Ruby then head back to Celio and he will tell you what do to?

As soon as you have the National Dex the Rocket members will move.
