Sapphire sugestion is good, but something else you could also try is:

Meowth
adamant/jolly
@choice band

shadow ball
iron tail
fake out

max speed and attack..rest in HP perhaps. I know iron tail sucks, and fake out doesnt go very well with choice band, but there isnt much of a choice for Meowth....
