I am trying to get in Cipher Key Lair but the 2 guys guarding the entrance won't let me get in, I don't think I forgot to do anything. could someone help me figure out what to do next?

You have to leave, then you go umm somewhere XD you go back there later after team Snagem's hideout.

I left but how do I get to team Snagem's hideout or outskirt

If this is when you first found the Cipher Key Lair, you should have recieved an e-mail from Secc. Go see him in Pyrite (he's on the second floor on the ONBS station), and IIRC he'll tell you something about Hordel in the Outskirt Stand (the Togepi guy). Go see him, get the Togepi and then you'll be able to go to the Snagem Hideout.

After you get the Snag Machine back, help will come to stop the guards and then you can enter the pyramid.

U hav 2 go to the snagem hideout and defeat the boss of the snagem hideout. Then they will come with u to the cipher key lair and Wakin ( the boss's assistent) and his gloom or vileplume will use sleep powder and you can come in. It's as easy as pie.

If so, then you could've just edited your post instead of double posting. >>

And if you've done all that Drayano said, you've got to beat Gonzap of Team Snagem to get your snag machine back.. Then when you return to Cipher Key Lair, Gonzap and someone else with him puts the two guards to sleep with Gloom. Then, yeah, you will know what happens. ^^
