Your atitude apears to be quite unhelpful I'm afraid.
It is my hope that we will not have to number cruch all the way to the code and that we can find out through reading the game coding.

Why should we wait with the man power tecnologicaly abilties we have at our desposal we should be able to optian manaphy when we chose not when they want to release it

Well, I personally got the game because I thought it looked fun (and I do think it is), and while I have it, I might as well get Manaphy too.
